343 has a huge wheel with 50 of the 60 default colors from Halo 5… They spin it and whatever color it lands on is the one they sell us in the store for 20 bucks…
Sometimes it’s even more excited because we get to buy the same color three different times, one for each core lol

That nice but you got to admit the content is beyond dumb. Seriously I can’t take 343 seriously if an Armor affect and one Emblem is what they considered prestige 20 dollar bundle value.
Oh god man I feel kinda bad for the morons who bought these coatings and when the next Armor Core releases it won’t work on it.
Like seriously even is who don’t spend a dime.on it should at least have the comfort of knowing that if we do purchase a coating… That it’s gonna be usable on future content.
But I guess the only way 343 can continue to make money is to limit content to specific things so they can re sell that same content at a later date.

I guess it’s genius on their end. Imagine how many times they can resell us those 50 colors since they lock the coatings to specific vehicles, weapons and armor cores…

You want to know something worse, all the coatings people wasted their money on… As of now with current system won’t transfer to future content aka The New Armor core.
Also in Halo 5 we had 60 default colors… Notice how in Halo Infinite they started us off with 10 of those colors and are just selling us the other 50…
Oh and giving us the same repeated emblem 4 times in one bundle along with a Armor affect and saying that’s worth 20 bucks…

I’m not sure what you’re trying to argue after replying to my post where I specifically said I think there’s scummy/scumbag moves on the part of 343.
Edit: Also, having more individual items doesn’t necessarily mean the packs should be equivalent prices. If they’re charging $20 for the armor effect, but they want to charge $10 for some colors and attachments, that’s not really a problem. /shrug
The AR.or affect alone is not worth 20 bucks, and it’s only 1 emblem…
Maybe if it was 4 different emblems I’d say maybe. 20 bucks value but the bundle is at best a 700 credit bundle
Overall the customization in this game is very restrictive.
Changes I would make that make customizations better are as follows.
cross core customization
Coatings are separated into three groups. But universal to all items in that group onced purchased once.
Each Armor Coatings, - universal to all cores past present and future.
Each weapon Coating - same as above
Each Vehicle coating - same as above.
Emblems- no more seperating then into different group. You buy an emblem it’s automatically universal to everything.
So a 20 dollar bundle would look like this.
1 Armor Effect, 2 separate universal Emblems. 1 universal coating for Armor, Vehicle, and Weapons. A Universal Weapon Charm.
Now that’s a 20 dollar bundle value

Well they can, but it’s really up to the individual to decide if it’s a worthwhile purchase.
Like I said, I have yet to see anything that makes go “damn I wanna spend money on that”, but I’m not really complaining about the store items.

Yea I’m in the same boat, I mean if I could buy individual things from a bundle I may actually spend money but not a whole bundle where I just get 4 of the same emblems.

i’ve been struggling to get on PVP for days
then the room was commandeered.
i should check that out now. I kind of like blue
Well If you wear the MK 7 it’s free, but if you prefer the Yoroi than it’s like 7 bucks… For the free color

To be honest I doubt they had much of a Post launch Content plan… Maybe a good ole winging it and fix as we go was the plan.
