I’ve played every Halo fps title significantly and know what works in Halo and what doesn’t. Just spew that out here so we, the community, can criticize it and give our opinions, and maybe give some suggestions.
What’s the idea? We could use some more discussion that isn’t just theories and speculation. Also, as someone who’s grown up beside the halo franchise ever since I was a year old, being part of the fan base for a long time doesn’t necessarily mean you know what’s best for the series

I’d like a four-player splitscreen drop-in-drop-out system for Infinite’s co-op.

Well, if the person sending the idea don’t care that they use it in the real game, then I don’t see the problem. It’s not like you can demand money from them if you send them an idea. Ideas are always good. But I’m sure they would get tons of spam from players wanting to share, so for that reason it’s understandable.
Edit: Ideas are not always good.
It’s should just be like halo 3 co-op instead of trying to copy gears ಠ_ಠ. People loved playing as arbiter in halo 3 and how the cutscene would change slightly when finishing a mission. Trying to follow trends killed this series

Arby: Unless the Elites are playable, impossible.
Locke: Probably, but wouldn’t bet on it.

Unfortunately in today’s society, people are sue happy. Even if Microsoft had permission to use someone’s idea, there is nothing stopping that person from changing their mind in the future and deciding that Microsoft owes them money. It’s just a safer policy to not accept unsolicited ideas

I also think it wouldn’t be a very good squad dynamic, all four of them are leaders.
