Waiting so long for this Halo to drop only to be sorely disappointed by cheaters who just ruin the game for those of us who play it legit. I tried playing one more match earlier today only to be melted by cheaters using the ‘Walls’ cheat who can track you through walls and floors and pre-shoot you as you emerge from cover, and then kill you without missing via the Aimbot cheat.
For a week or two, Halo 5 was actually playable, and I suspect it was because all the cheaters moved to Infinite. I was able to rank up to Diamond 4 with relative ease during this time. But now, it looks like those cheaters are back, too.
As for the Infinite campaign, while it was fun, I had to play through it twice because I missed 2 skulls on the first 2 levels. Now I’m going to have to grind through the campaign a third time to get the last 2 skulls before Master Chief emerges to the open world part of the campaign. I’m not going to lose any of my achievements again and have to do them all over…again. So, I won’t. I’ll wait till they patch the campaign and I can choose which level to replay without losing all my stuff again.
Also, won’t be going back to ranked playlists any time soon, either, until they get rid of all the cheaters, and separate out PC from Console.

Do what I do.
If a player seems to be TOO GOOD, check their gamercard. If they have a gamer score of less than 200, I report them. I understand that the learning curve for Halo isn’t as hard as it used to be, but I also recognize that players who’ve only been playing Halo Infinite for a couple of days shouldn’t have the skills of a pro. That is unless they are a pro, but I’m sure 343/Microsoft can sort that out. Hopefully they’ll start slapping the ban hammer on these pieces of trash soon before the player base starts to leave.

I have had 4 confirmed cheaters in my last 2 matches played on tactical slayer (swat)… Ive tacken in game video evidence of them wall hacking and have submitted it 343. When I find myself collecting video replays more then I am playing the game there is a issue. And with Multiplayer being free what is the point of me submitting these clips, they can just create a knew email and go again. Ive always been a life long halo fan but this is getting old quick.

Quick question. Does the match recording accurately portray what happened with other players in first person? I’ve researched entire tactical slayer matches because I feel like there’s no way some of these kills happen. I’ve seen head shots with the reticle no where near the heads and I need to know if that is a fault of server recording from my play or accurate to the other person’s play.
