The armour is classic so logically there should be no sprint or abilities. The armour is like halo 2 and halo 3 , those games didn’t have any modern mechanics.
If they keep abilities in campaign with sprint while using classic armour doesn’t work it can’t unless they go against logic.
They wouldn’t return the armour back and not bring classic gameplay back it makes no sense.
If campaign has no abilities and sprint then it will transfer to multiplayer.
If 343 follows logic with classic chief then good news for classic fans.

you definitely have a point there I got a CE vibe from the trailer which is a good thing
It makes sense to me Though them having classic armor in general doesn’t make sense to me but I haven’t sprint does. Simply it’s not the old titles it’s a new one. They can do whatever they want and most people prefer sprint from what I’ve seem and polls

What polls? The Poll on Waypoint with 71% beeing against sprint? Or Reddit with 69% beeing against sprint? Or do you mean TeamBeyong with 95% beeing against sprint? The thing is, polls don’t really help here, they only show what a small part of players want, the only way to actually prove what players want is having a proper open beta featuring gametypes with and without sprint on maps and weapon balancing specially desinged for the corresponding movement mechanic and then force all beta participants to fill in a survey…
Cherry picking polls that are in favor of sprint does not mean “most people prefer sprint”
“You know what makes Masterchief so amazing? So… memorable and special and I C O N I C ? He can’t run fast. He can’t climb over a box. He can’t aim and hover. He can’t bring his gun to his shoulder to fire more accurately… THAT is why he is so special… He’s a handicap.” Crowds cheering and crying emotionally to the truth they just heard

How does Sprint enhance gameplay? Look at the Sprint discussion thread for Halo 5 to see why it doesn’t. At worst, it brings down the entire game.
I should mention that Sprint is actually a downgrade from a high BMS. In Halo 3, you could run and shoot at the same time at maximum speed. In Halo 5, the same cannot be accomplished. You have to put your weapon down to move at maximum speed.
If anything, Sprint is a downgrade from Halo CE-3. Halo CE is still the fastest moving game in the series, and it doesn’t have Sprint.

There isn’t any connection between the look of the armor in the game and whether or not it’ll have sprint. That doesn’t follow in anyway. Logic isn’t ‘random connection some cat just made up.’
Either way, there is a thread for discussion of sprint linked below. Keep the discussion there please.
