Halo infinite Campaign - I can't resume

I use an Elite 2 as primary too. But my 2nd controller was a regular controller…

Hi everyone, as I found out that the problem usually occur when an autosave show up near a FOB that you have already cleared. And the system got confused whether the FOB got cleared or not.
This happened to me. I cleared a FOB, then it was autosaved. I quit the game. After that I continued to game, the campaign allow me to go on but I can’t respawn, and the FOB that I has cleared before was full of Banished Enemy walking around in 3rd Person View. Then I quit the game and tried to get back in. Same problem as you guys had.
Then I tried to turn on my Xbox One and open the Campaign, after the Sync Windows showed up. Now my Xbox also had the same problem like my PC. So this is the AutoSave Function has problem. Save File damaged and sync across cloud service.

This just happend to me :(( I did the entire SP on heroic at first just for the lore, started my legendary PT today, got 5 hours in and about 40% the way through trying to get 100% collecting everything this time… Got to the dig site and started to see a bunch of artifacts - https://youtu.be/ANBTLfbi2HA?t=13 Then this happened with my secondary wep, like it spazzed out and filled the whole screen, so I quit the game to the menu, and reloaded this time I could not see my character and the screen was full of artifacts like this, so I quit the game, thats when I got this sign in thing shown in this video here - https://youtu.be/m_HuUThNaJ0?t=106, I clicked “Lets go” not thinking much of it (honestly I thought my internet went out for like a second or something), now when ever I click “resume” or “load game” it just counts “3-2-1” and then does not load as if I clicked cancel or something.

I submitted a bug on 343. All they would need to do is enable us to send in our save file or something and “edit” it to a last CP or something, or allow us to do it from our machines. -.-

Anoying af. Makes me now want to put the game away forever :@

EDIT (Potential workaround??): I found where the save is “C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.254428597CFE2_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData\wgs” I deleted/backup these, and let the game sync from the cloud, but unfortunately my cloud save is also corrupt. However if anyone else tries this maybe they are lucky and there cloud save is not corrupt??

Same issue for me. I tried to continue or load the game, countdown then nothing. Playing on pc with gamepass.

Part three… I removed batteries from second controller of Xbox. I don’t play halo infinite on pc. I’ve had no issues for days. At least 15 instances of leaving game and powering down. Save function working 100%. Not using playpass. Issue really seems to be using more than one controller and or playing on both an Xbox and a a pc.

I refuse to restart the campaign after playing for almost 10 hours. There is no guarantee it wont happen again, and anyways, i dont want to replay something i’ve already done. I dont have much time to play anyway so I guess ill just stick to multi player. Super dissapointed with 343 about no response to this thread. I was super hyped to play the halo campaign.

Doesn’t work for me every time but I get this on series X and I have to wait about five to ten minutes after the countdown to nothing, then it just loads. I restart game by quitting via three lines menu too and eventually it loads. Good luck. Glad I didn’t pay for this.

I’m here to say its July and this is still an issues. I’m on xbox S.

I hope they fix this when co-op drops.
