I cannot start anymore the campaign of halo infinite.
If i press “continue” the countdown start, but after that anything happen…the same if i try to load a salvatage…
Can you help me?

opened a ticket for this yesterday, only response i got was
make sure you complete the first mission
I laughed and responded with, ive beaten the first boss 5 times and reach the first outpost 5 times… Havent heard from him since (its been over 24 hours since communication broke down on my ticket)

I have the same exact issue… worked fine yesterday. .now it just counts downs form 3 to 1 and nothing… I tried to start the 2nd level over and same countdown to nothing.

Did you chang the game language? You can try to start a new game

I dont know if you have done this already, but did you install both multiplayer and campaign on pc gamepass, and make sure to uninstall infinites multiplayer from your steam library

I play on game pass only… and both are installed multiplayer and campaign. I even tried to go into manage… remove the campaign reinstall it and it still does the same thing… I haven’t tried starting over… just didn’t want to… took forever to finally get outside… and I would hate to start back over… may not have a choice it seems.

how would that effect the game at all… gamepass and steam store your game files in two separate spots… you would essentially have two copies of the game on your system and shouldnt interfere with the other

no i was just saying to uninstall the multiplayer if incase they needed space

Same issue, I completed the tower and several FOBs and HVTs before logging off. Now nothing happens after the countdown.

Hey,
I have the same issue - no matter what I do, I can’t get the game to continue the Campaign. I purchased the game on the XBOX, and have played it there and on a PC. Until yesterday, the data would sync between the devices, and all was good. However, this is no longer the case - I cant start again, but I have no way of knowing if this is a Halo issue, or something to do with the save state data used by XBOX Cloud.
Any pointers to error logs, would help.

I have the same issue here, I press continue and get the 3,2,1 countdown then absolutely nothing happens. Same with if I try to load a gamessave.
I have reinstalled the game and still the issue, I am displeased to say the least as I have spent many hours on this game and simply refuse to make a new game.

Yeah, i’ve resynced on the XBOX and it’s the same thing there as well - hours making my way through the game and now I cant continue. Why is this!

Same issue here, can’t continue! Countdown happens then nothing… I’m pretty disappointed as I was practically in the end game on legendary… this is ridiculous! Any known fixes??
I had this issue. Had to restart but play steam. Xbox version has a bug. No help from support either.

perhaps it’s time to revisit that open support ticket. Lots more people now reporting they can’t resume or even now start a campaign. Lots of the same on the official Discord messaging board as well! Becoming a joke now.

Exact same issue. I am assuming I am about half way through too. A new game will start, but when I try to continue or load game, I get the count down, then nothing. I Have tried every fix I can find…

I am struggling with the same issue for 2 weeks now.
Got myself a workaround by using a pirated copy since 343 doesn’t get things sorted. I used to play with Xbox Game Pass subscription and I doesn’t feel any downsides.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I still have the issue. I’ve tried about any common solution for issues like these and nothing works. I hope they fix it soon haven’t been able to play for a while.
