Microsoft have said to make up for no e3 there will be lots of new first party gmes put out to try and maybe beta test could one of these be infinite

I hope so, but i wouldn’t say it’s “likely”, the word “possible” seems more fitting. If they confirm the Xbox stream for July 21st, then i’ll have more hope 
they should show us a date of a beta after the gameplay that would be cool

The planned beta may be expendable.
It be cool to get a Campaign and Multiplayer beta for Infinite.
Likely going to happen with all the positive feedback coming from MCC’s PC flights.

OT: I don’t care if we get a demo or a Beta or a set of flights (though that would be a nice bonus), as long as we get to see the game and what direction its taking the story in I would be happy.

Even though they’re working from home, MCC has done many successful flights. I think they have enough resources to do it. But it still may be expendable just for timing reasons. At this point, I don’t know how much they would even be able to change based on beta feedback.

I think for the lack of content we have gotten so far it would be amazing if we got a beta on the 21st, and if not at least give us a date for the beta.

This was my initial understanding of it as well (before reading anyone’s opinions or commentary on what this means for Infinite). At this point, a beta/flight would really just be fan service and a way to further drum up some hype. Given how close they are to launch, I am not sure how beneficial a beta test would be from a development perspective. Doesn’t give them much time to collect and analyze data/feedback and actually implement that into the final game (which I am sure they are still working on).

As stress test and some general feedback. But then if you look at how quick they flight MCC and then release the game - I think they have an efficient system for this in place.

Forget something like the Halo 5 beta, this will only be a server stress test.

Ideally both an excerpt from campaign and a walk through/teaser of some of the new things coming to MP.
