Halo Infinite BANS?

My game has crashed on multiple occasions during ranked matches and now I am faced with a ban. Roll forwards 12 hours and my ban still persists. Surely the game knows the difference between QUITTING a game and being forced out a game due to a CRASH. - also a timer would be helpful (or do we have to pay for that too).

Anyone else having the same issue?

I was banned 30 minute for leaving a 1v3 game. I’m assuming the other 4 players crashed as well, so it’s definitely a common issue. I was crashing earlier too, but I found a workaround. The game has a memory leak, so try closing an opening the game after every match, it seems to have done the trick for me.
