I was wondering if anyone knew where, or even if there is a place somewhere with the alternate campaign music. As I was playing the game, I realised that the songs that were released (for exemple on spotify) were different in-game. depending on what you were doing or where you are (like having more/less percussions, etc…)
Are there any plans to release them, or is there a place where that soundtrack was extracted and I could listen to?
A lot of videogame soundtracks are actually different in modern games because of Dynamic Scaling.
Basically, the better you play and the more action going on, the more instruments join in to make the game feel bombastic.
Think of it this way.
In GTAV when you have only one star, you have slower-paced music. But with each star you get on your wanted level and the more police and variety in the law enforcement coming after you; the more intense the music gets.
Doom Eternal did this as well.
