So I’ve been mentioning/asking about this since the last flight and while I seen a few others say the same thing, overall I feel it’s gone under the radar. I’m on the series x and play with controller and I have found my aim just hasn’t been right(at first just downright awful). I’ve tweaked the settings and it’s improved but I can jump back into any other halo game and its night and day, way better with no issues whatsoever and that’s without tweaking with anything! It’s just frustrating it appears that aim assist is non existent. And just to go with that idk if any of yall have seen that video on Twitter with the guy that is playing with KEYBOARD AND MOUSE!!! Literally not even touching the mouse and aim assist for KB&M is going straight for the head and he’s just shooting getting kills! It just feels like a slap in the face to console players and again I guess this isn’t that big of an issue with others as I’ve said this has seemed to go under the radar for the most part but for me who has loved this franchise and games and intends to play the crop out of infinite on console it is just beyond disappointing. Any others out there notice this as well?
True the aim assist its verly low in this build. Its like overatch in xbox. I hope 343 increase this setting a little more.

343 already confirmed that he wasn’t being aim assisted while he was using it. It has an automatic detection feature that turns on aim assist until you move your mouse, at which point it disables aim assist.
Honestly I think K+M on Xbox and cross play is about to kill couch - console gaming.
If you want to feel competitive at all you will have to switch to K+M.
I don’t know if they will ever have a tuning system to balance the two or an isolated playlist for controller only.

Yeah, idk man I’ve always on been on console and controller. But with it frustrating I’m debating if I should switch because I’m loving everything about this game but I’m not enjoying it if you know what I mean? It’s happened so many times where Im a shot or 2 away from getting the kill but because I miss the shot it makes me want to rage quit(haha, but seriously). I feel like all my years of playing halo and getting better from first playing it till now has just been wiped away in an instant. And like just to go along with what I’ve said, I’ll say it again I feel like console players are getting slapped in the face with this game. It seems like with everything they’re mentioning about infinite is so pc focused. Pc this pc that and that’s great and all no problem with that but seems as if they’re forgetting most of their fanbase is will be playing this on console and most even playing on last gen consoles.
