Hello,
I have halo infinite downloaded and ready to go, and every time i try and sign in it says my account isnt authorized to play. Im using the exact same account and gamertag that i use for the insider program. HELP!!! what can i do? Ive restarted the game and even my computer like 5 times, this is really annoying
I am getting the same error on mine.

I’m getting the exact same issue. I signed in with the correct account and getting the same message
had the same issue try validating Halo Infinite Insider files then try it worked for me or they just fixed it lol
I think it’s because they are working on the arena and don’t want anyone in the game until that’s ready to go
I was able to play earlier but I can’t now for this reason.
Just tried logging in… im getting the same message. i can access the main menu but when i hit Enter to play i get “Your account is not authorized to play Halo Infinite”
Played last night fine.
Today, “Account Not Authorized.”
WTF.

Mind sharing where / how to do this step ?
For everyone who’s having this problem, I’m not sure if it’s a fix however this just worked for me;
Go into your Windows Firewall and allow “game_release” on your private and/or public network. There’s around 3 or 4 game_release I just did this for all of them and relaunched it and it worked!

Unfortunately did not work for me. Still “unauthorized” after validation despite having just played the game less than 12 hours ago.
