Saying a game will be dead especially halo infinite is the most moronic statement possible. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean others don’t.
You know you can set it so solo/duo and choose your input, right?
I don’t have any problems with kbm. /shrug
Also, you’re saying minor tweaks is the reason they didn’t do a good job with an extra year of time? Gamers really have no clue how game development works
To YOU maybe. To say that as if it’s a fact? Is telling.
Funny, the Halo that’s messing crucial features and mechanics feels more Halo than say Reach? Yet gets more free passes and people are just complaining? Nah. If anything this community keeps showing how two faced it has become since Reach.
Sure at a certain range.
Problem is cross mapping with it.
-Load up The Pit on Halo 3, Reach, or 4.
-have one of us in each sniper tower, AR only, infinite ammo.
-no moving just shoot standing still.
You can spam that clip all day and never kill someone, yet in Halo 5 at any distance it shreds, add in the head modifier bonus for the AR, and while teams spamming it crossmap, it’s a mess.

lol this game has been under development for 6 years and this is what they give u BWAHAH ur delusional to believing what a company says. If u have no problems on kbm what is ur rank then?
I haven’t placed yet but last night in my fourth placement match I went 25/12/5 KDA against a team of golds. I’ll let you know once I place.

I’ve worked in the game industry for 11 years. Reading comments from clueless gamers never ceases to make me smile.
Corporations are never to be trusted.
Doesn’t matter where you work.

Is the over use of contract employees detrimental to making good games or is it more of an upper management issue? Or is this question not accurate?
I would think it’s more of a management issue or both. Never worked in the industry, but after the clusterfire that was Cyberpunk. I’m inclined to lean toward Management. Especially whoever approved this progression system.
Is the over use of contract employees detrimental to making good games or is it more of an upper management issue?
Well it definitely isn’t detrimental in making “good games,” because we can look at some of the most amazing, groundbreaking games made over the last decade and a good chunk of them abuse contract employment. The reason that it’s so prevalent is because it’s easier and cheaper than fostering a truly great studio. Why have a team of dedicated QA testers when you can have one meticulous QA lead that can use factory farm contract QA folks to endlessly run his mindless test plans for half the cost? You can even get rid of them at the end of the project while you wait for the next project to ramp up. That’s not to say there aren’t benefits to having a good team, but if you’re primarily looking at money spent versus money made, it’s pretty compelling.
I agree with you on each of the points you mentioned, also, at least for me, weapons damage seems very inconsistent.
Nope, sucks to be you! The game is phenomenal, rough around the edges sure, but at its core it’s the best Halo ever made.
not really when the strafes are like moving at light speed
I noticed that too but couldn’t put my finger on it. Sick avatar by the way Primal.
This is so important for custom games. Can’t stress this enough.
yeah ikr that would ruin the experience
thanks dude dbz is the best stuff
