so i wasnt sure where to leave my feedback but my main issue is that with my 11th gen i9 11900kf is allways running at 100 percent with halo using around 89 to 90% usage the rest goes to my system, i have all settings lowered and i can ghet around 80 fps but it dips to 10-20 every other second which makes the game stuttery and unplayable, also my gpu is a 3090 and have 32gb of ram its just the cpu usage thats insanely high and pushed to the very limit
