Halo, I need your help.

Hey guys,

I’ve had a lot of problems on Halo 5. Whenever I play a slayer game, at the end, it always kicks me, regardless whether I win or not. I understand Halo bans follow a pattern of quits, but I don’t quit. It always kicks me. I love this game with a passion, and I always play it, but I can’t keep having 8 hour bans.

It is probably a connection issue, could be your end or it could be an issue communicating with the servers. I have only experienced it once and that was when my isp was having issues…

I opened my nat type to open and it helped me

Now I’m freaking banned for a DAY!! I just won grifbzkl and at the end, its like “YOUR CONSOLE WAS KICKED”

Hmm… Have you tried playing a gametype other than slayer? If you don’t, then it’s probably an issue on their side. Either way, I would reccomend restarting your modem and router (just unplug both for 5 minutes and plug them back in) and restart your Xbox One. (Just unplug the power for about 5 minutes too)

He knows why he’s banned, he needs help diagnosing his connection issues.

Do a hard reset of your xbox. I did that and I’m able to play peacefully without having Dnf

Are you using a wireless connection?

Try restarting your modem and a hard reboot(unplug) your Xbox and restart. If this doesn’t help try changing your NAT type to OPEN

Just reset everything, router, xbox, etc.

Ona Xbox’s friend. He had a external hard disc and always put me out every 10 minutes.
