Hello, I was excited to tune into the HCS Raleigh twitch stream. After watching over an hour of the official Halo stream as well as over an hour of Cloakzy’s stream I successfully unlocked the two drops for doing so. I had also connected my twitch through halo waypoint beforehand and claimed my rewards which have still not showed up in my inventory. When I log onto twitch it says they have been claimed and my account was connected but I am seeing no evidence in Halo Waypoint or my in-game Xbox associated account. 343 I would like to know if you even have any idea of how you plan to fix this. I went through the process of earning these skins so I do expect you to fulfill your promise of granting these limited time skins and I would love to hear a solution to this problem that not only I, but many others are facing right now. If it is a time thing, I will be patient but I would just love to hear this topic addressed.
I waited and then realized I had the wrong account linked somehow… I haven’t found out who to contact to see if I could just get the coating and pose swapped over to the correct account. Twitch said its not their problem, and seems like theres no way to contact halowaypoint about it. I honestly don’t know where to go. I feel like im just screwed
You, many others and I are in the same boat. I think we need to draw more attention to the subject. I’m not going to bash 343 for anything because they really are doing a lot with community feedback. We might get lucky reaching out to a youtuber with a large voice about this problem because I am seeing a lot of posts on the forums about it. If 343 knew it was really upsetting their fans they would want to do something to fix the problem. It was very nice of them to give away these in-game items and they did not know these problems would happen, they’re just human. I’m sure if we bring light to the problem and give them some time (it’s the holidays) we have a good chance at getting what we rightly earned. I don’t use twitch often at all, in fact the drops were my incentive of logging on and watching the HCS Raleigh stream and I enjoyed it. It just kind of hurts to see the earned reward in my twitch inventory and have no access to it in-game.
