Halo Gamerscore: why is Halo 2 PC out?

In my profile, I can see the “Halo Gamerscore” stats, which are from achievements obtained from Halo games, but halo 2 pc seems not to be included. Does that mean any achievement I’ve unlocked on Halo 2 PC needs to be re-obtained on Xbox One? Aren’t the achievements from the PC and the Xbox version shared?

When you say “Halo 2 PC”, are you referring to Halo 2: Vista or Halo: The Master Chief Collection?

Achievements obtained on Halo: The Master Chief Collection are unlocked, or should be, on both platforms when the requirements are met.

Halo 2: Vista, on the other hand, never had a console release and the servers are now shut down, making achievements unobtainable.

The pop-up didn’t specify it either thus the source of my confusion

That pop up was likely referring to Halo 2 Vista, considering it had its very own set of achievements.

I’m not sure about that. https://www.halopedia.org/Halo_2_(Windows_Vista)“However, it was later announced that the multiplayer would be extended to June 2013. As of February 2015, Halo 2 Vista servers are still up and running.”
I don’t think it was that long ago… maybe this year that I believe they were still up. Though I don’t recall it having a typical matchmaking and a lot of people played custom games.
