are you referencing the packs that were given out via code during the Halo Championship Series? if so, i think the time to get them has expired

They have likely expired by now, they had very short life spans where they were active.
All codes given out during the HCS finals need to be used during the finals, as above they a very short span of being active. Generally they’re only active for about 5 or 10 minutes
