Halo FPS Much Lower Than a Few Days Ago

I’ve been playing halo pc since fall 2020, and my fps was pretty good, ranging from 80-144 for more intensive games and over 200 for the older games. Though now I can never get over 50 fps, even at lowest settings. Here are my specs
CPU: R7 5800x (OC)
GPU: GT 1030 (OC)
RAM: 32gb at 3600mghz
MOBO: MSI Unify X570

I fixed it, for some reason reshade was tanking my performance, so if this happened to you, try toggling reshade on and off
