Just finished making a map after 3 hours on the map Impact/Relay. I made this map up in the air. Their were no 10 second or insta kill boundaries… Go into custom games spawn and instantly die… Is this an issue thats going to be resolved? How do I fix this? How is anyone supposed to know where to forge on the map if their are no indicators or kill death until you play it in custom games? Someone please tell me I did something wrong…
Are you sure you haven’t made it too high or too low? Sometimes it kills me whenever I spawn really high up. 
The map ceiling in forge is the same as in game afaik. Maybe you messed something up and threw in a kill zone.

No, the I went up higher and it had the 10 second kill barrier

I mean when you are too high and get a 10 second count down, that limit is the same in the forge as it is in a custom match.
You have something else broken. Try moving everything down more.
