Sometimes. Some of their videos are really helpful, but yes, I’ve noticed they have a lot of problems with their community, I don’t know why.

Easiest way to find out would be to ask them what font they use

I found it! It’s a DIN variant. The O’s are more square shaped than the original version of the font. Do not know the exact name though.
Very clean font for sure.
