They’d better! The traffic cone is returning so why not the forklift? 
It was nice to have them and other civilian vehicles in Reach, but it’s unlikely that we’ll see anything like that on Requiem in Halo 4.

the traffic cones suck this time around, they are this dull orange color. its such BS, what was 343i thinking i mean seriously!? they’re just copying COD with their dull orange cones, freaking COD cloning.
