Halo five guardians… Disc won't load

This HALO 5 disk has worked for a year and ALL updates are current.
But for the last (4) days the Halo 5 disk WON’T work. However, the Xbox one
will play ALL other games (Battlefield 1, etc).
The disk is clean and not scratched. So, I
cannot play matchmaking-or- locally. Any suggestions?

Alternatively, he could have a mate with one…or a friendly game store owner who might help him out. One assumes the issue would be with the disc and this would be one of the steps to finding out.

True, I hadn’t thought of that exactly. To be honest.
Hope you can find out the issue OP, if it is the disc, maybe you can buy a new one.
