A few days ago played Halo: Fireteam Raven while having scanned my QR tag before I began playing. I did not get any feedback from the game that led me to believe that it read the scan. After I finished playing I checked my Service Record but unfortunately it did not seem to indicate that I’ve played the game. I checked the Waypoint page for Fireteam Raven but all it says to do is “If you encounter any problems during your arcade experience, please contact Play Mechanix support” I decided to reach out here instead since I don’t think that Play Mechanix can do anything about linking an account. If possible, could I please have my account linked to the game? I realize I won’t get my stats but at the very least I’ll get the Waypoint display badge. I took some pictures of the cabinet while I was there so I can provide proof if needed.
I had this issue a while ago. Did you unlink the account when you finished the game ? Because that’s probably what made it not give you your badge. I linked my account then unlinked when I finished, so I have to retry the scan when I go back.

I’m pretty sure that I didn’t unlink my account. My guess is that is never scanned the QR tag. Do you recall if the game made any kind of conformation that it read the your QR tag when you scanned it in? When I scanned mine it neve gave me any indication that my account was ever linked.

Well, it doesn’t beep at all. My friend scanned his and got his badge, but it didn’t make any noise when it was scanned.

If that’s the case then unfortunately there really isn’t a way of knowing if the scan works or not without checking Waypoint at a later time. Hopefully we’ll hear back from 343i and get this resolved.
