I was thinking what if the made another game based off the fall of reach series, but told it from Blue Teams perspective. I have heard that the book is an amazing novel that really make you like these character and how bad -Yoink- they are. Since usually main line halo games come out every 3 years, they could have a spin off in 2017. Microsofts main game next year is going to be Gears of War 4, but they also have a smaller release of halo wars 2 (i know a lot of people like the original, as did i, but its not as big as Gears of War 4). Intead of making a halo 3 remaster they could tell a story of master chief and blue team. Since halo 5s dissappointing story they could make up for it with this game based on Blue team. They could have another studio work for them as they make the campaign. I think it would be really cool to see them go on missions around reach and throughout the story we get flashbacks of them as kids working together and how they became to be spartans. But this would be a spin off. They could have another studio work on the campaign, but 343 would have their team also help with the story and gameplay. With this game being 2 years after halo 5, i feel the multiplayer should still be in form of halo 5 with new maps and playlists. But the maps are remakes from halo 3 to memorate (if even a word) halo 3s ten year anniversary. But with the new playlists they would work exactly the way they did in halo 3, stay true to the original with updated graphics. The only thing would be is that they get rid of sprint for this new game mode. (can be called whatever you want come up with names in the thread, i personally would like it to be call Spartan arean IIs or classics). This way they can see if this mode with out sprint its popular than the ones with sprint and see how it works. I think clamber and thrusters could work on the maps. Also, for the multiplayer portion 343 would complete. Add a couple of armours, skins and warzone maps and you have something to keep us busy until they main line title.
Gears of War does an amazing job with story dlc. They have always added story dlc like RAAMS shadow and the theorn guard gameplay into they dlc. I feel like judgement should have been an add on to gears of war 3, with new weapons, and maps and modes. I think destiny does a good job with their dlc with adding new content. But i feel that its overpriced.
