I think they are allowed if they do not cover the entire page but I am not sure. Could you quote the page though? I don’t think that quoting would be against the rules.

Lmao
Quoting is fine. Scans are not fine in any form.
not how to get me there
Ok. I will paraphrase.
Their first name is the name they can use all the time. Often the only name they will use till they are an adult.
The last name they earn when they become an adult.
Image there is an Elite called Lum 'Mortumee
Lum being the given name. The name they will use till they become an adult.
'Mortumee is something they earn from becoming an adult.
Now last name explanations.
Elite last names usually have different meaning to parts of their name
Using the example 'Ikamortumee.
Ika being their for certain roles.
Mor is an adjectival descriptor
Tum is the family name to show his lineage
Ee being the honorific
Another example is 'Poramai
Po being the adjectival descriptor
Ram being the family name
Ai being the honorific
If you look above the certain roles part of the name isnt there in both names.(just a little note to say not required for all Elites to have it)
Though “Ika” shows that Elites with this in their name were an Aide to a Prophet.
Now a deeper look into honorifics
Ee is the honorific showing military service.(this is dropped by many Elites post Schism, though some might of decided to keep it)
Ai is the honorific showing dedication to the mastery of swordsmanship.
Ro is the honorific showing the Elite has held public office. In this case as to the council of the Prophet of Regret.
