Hi all,
Does anybody know where to download the HEK+ app? I found a download on hce.halomaps.org but it was just a .zip file. I couldn’t find any help from posts on Bungie’s website or Gearbox’s, so I turned to here.
I was going to try and make a few AI battles for fun, and most youtube tutorials i looked at used HEK+, so any help would be appreciated.

The editing app kit is call Halo Coustom Edition try to search on web
