Hello! I was just banned from the halo discord for what i’m assuming was the use of the word “Gay.” More specifically, I said “Swordline gay” or something along the lines of that. My Discord username and tag is Ross#4013
Just to clarify - I have no issues with gay people. People can be however they want to be or however they feel. I understand that what i said was Immature and I shouldn’t have done it. I got a warning from the Warden Eternal bot, and didn’t say anything else that I would deem offensive after that. A few minutes later I got banned. The Bot says that I got banned for “Discriminatory Comments.”
I’m sorry for what I’ve done, and This is my ban appeal. Thank you.
Using gay as a pejorative is an example of discriminatory behavior. That is not and will not be tolerated.

I genuinely had no intent to offend and I understand if there’s nothing i can do about it, It’s my fault. I regret my choice of words and hope that there’s something I can do about this. Though my intentions were purely shock humor and nothing was targeted at anyone, I understand why I did what I did was wrong but I would really like to get back in the discord so I thought I would at least put in an appeal. Your hidden ID is the longer unique number that discord uses to identify you. In order to look at why you were banned etc. That would be helpful if not necessary.

Whenever you look at my ban I’ll understand if you’re not happy but regardless I promise you that I didn’t intentionally target anyone and if I had noticed my warning then I wouldn’t have done anything else.
