To give my account of events, this was at the time the Sirens emblem was supposed to be added to MCC. I was looking forward to wearing it because I enjoyed the Halo 3 ODST campaign and they had military police helping your ODST in certain missions.

I thought this was somewhat unreasonable to claim this, especially as Halo MCC has multiple political emblems with one having the BLM fist and another with a knuckleduster and blood splatters was branded on twitter as the “Kill all Police” emblem, which was still added by 343i

I make content on my channel for Halo to promote the game and to bring new players in, however when moderators will ban you for simply supporting police? Nah, that ain’t right.

They need a team of impartial members to decide upon each case, however reading some of the reasons here it seems like some of the reasons people are banned are so ridiculous I’m surprised there are any members left. I only wish to join back to promote my own content and receive Halo Updates.

> Looking into your ban, I think you are mischaracterizing the nature of your ban a bit. You were not banned for asking for politics to stay out of Halo or for simply supporting police. You were banned for comments that misrepresented the BLM movement and progressed a false narrative that BLM is an anti-white, anti-police movement that seeks violence on those groups.
Without the original comments I cannot talk about what was allegedly said. I would need the original comments to either prove if what I said was right or as you say, misinformation. However, you have made the claim that BLM being anti-white (which I would have to see the original comments to see if I said this or if it’s mistranslated) and anti-police is a misrepresentation and a false narrative.
I suggest you actually look at the speeches made by BLM co-founders as they have said multiple times to defund and abolish the police and prisons. I know you won’t however from a quick Google search I was able to find articles proving BLM are anti-police. For example, Patrisse Cullors, a BLM co-founder, called on Biden to approve far-left legislation which would abolish the police, the legislation being the BREATH act.
On the BLM website you can find videos where they talk about defunding the police.
July 6, 2020 - https://blacklivesmatter.com/what-defunding-the-police-really-means/**We know that police don’t keep us safe — and as long as we continue to pump money into our corrupt criminal justice system at the expense of housing, health, and education investments — we will never be truly safe.**That’s why we are calling to #DefundPoliceTo make that claim that BLM aren’t anti-police when they state that police don’t keep people safe and to call the criminal justice system corrupt, well that seems pretty anti-police to me.
As far as Anti-white, whilst there are recorded instances of BLM and Antifa attacking people based on their political beliefs and skin colour, it’s something which I would be unlikely to write as explaining the complexities with combating racism and how groups like BLM can actually inspire more racism, well I’d rather get into that debate over voice chat as people can get confused and come to the conclusion I am against things like equality when I support equality greatly.
Like I said, I don’t want politics in games. I don’t like to see 343i make nameplates which are branded over twitter as “kill all police”, or to release nameplates for groups which riot for most of 2020. I am still entitled to my political beliefs, however I digress.
If the rules state you cannot be political in the Discord server, then I won’t be. I find it hypocritical that 343i will add political nameplates to the game, however I won’t make political comments again. I have already faced a year ban which should be more than enough, especially saying I had no warnings prior. I’ve already gone through a few sources to back my political opinion, and I would hope that you respect my political views and understand that the access to the server allows me to publish content out to more people and support the games 343i makes.
As I said, I want to keep politics out of games, so I won’t go further into this.
