I think you may have a glitched disk, you should try returning it to your local retailer and getting a new copy.
I need help as well… I have a big issue. I’m currently level 110 and have my current specialization completed. Every time I try to change to a new specialization it will not stay, and reverts back to the previous completed one. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this and I’ve tried just about everything I can think of. I have deleted and re-installed all map packs, specialization priority alpha, infinity actual kit, the most recent title update, have cleared my system’s cache multiple times, pretty much the whole 9 yards. I do not own the champion’s bundle but do own the limited edition if that makes any difference. I think this might have been caused by a massive influx of xp I got from entering all the waypoint glyph codes that a friend had just recently told me about. The xp shot me from like 99 to 110 and I’ve been stuck since… I was a tracker and was planning on moving to engineer next. If anyone knows a solution to this I would greatly appreciate it. I’ve also even tried selecting the specialization while offline and it accepted the change. Then I signed back into live and it reset me from 111 engineer back to 110 pathfinder. This is very irritating…

Don’t be rude, English may not be the OP’s first language. A lot of people need to use Google Translate and that’s about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
