Halo: Covenant?

Just had an idea pop into my head. What if they made a spin-off Halo game that is from the Covenant’s point of view? Like all the protagonists are Covenant troops. Maybe it would be a game about their success in glassing Reach. For example, maybe we could play as a Field Marshall leading an attack on one of the outposts on Reach, and all of the events in the game lead up to the Covenant glassing Reach. I know, we do play as Arbiter in H2, but I kinda wanna see a game that is purely from the Covenant’s point of view. Instead of just a few missions in one game that eventually lead up to them helping the UNSC. Let me know your thoughts.

The first thing I imagined when I read that was a bunch of elites standing together speaking in their native language… blarg. Other then that sounds like it could be fun.

With all the destruction and death caused by the Covenant?

It was rated M until halo 5 I wish it would go back to that so we can have blood again hate that they removed blood.

It’s a good idea, but I can’t imagine 343i actually doing something like this.

Would definitely be nice to have some more covie screen time. Using their technology.

I can’t either but it’d be cool if they did.

if there will be a covenant spin-off, i would rather have it be from covenant civil war or the acquiring of the other species in the covenant.
