Halo Content On YouTube

I’ve been making halo content for YouTube since September time, and when i make a halo 5 video i still enjoy it but not as much as making a classic halo CE,2,3, etc videos. I’ve also noticed a lot of communities such as forge channels or team channels dropping and turning to a different game/style. So ive started to look around for halo channels and i really started to get worried and after 2 weeks i really am coming to the conclusion that halo 5 is too far gone. I love halo always have but by the lack of content on YouTube through halo 5, it has really killed the community aspect of halo for me (especially halo 5). I really love reading articles and watching videos to do with the topic of the classic halo games but there isn’t many that come by. Is it just me or are you guys feeling the same way? It really hurts to say this but viewership has gone down, sales have gone down, Interest has gone down and i think halo on YouTube is decreasing with content and viewership wise. Is there a solution to this? I really try to see the positive in this but i think this was really evidence to the downfall of halo. I hope we can start to get classic halo back on YouTube again, and keeps halo 5 content.

I appreciate the people that still make halo content and enjoy it, i will always love those people. If any of you guys that do watch any halo 5 content that is not halo follower or even my content, i appreciate that, it means a lot to the community that people that can still support us as a community . I just hope this is a bad spike for halo and the content on YouTube. I appreciate it if you read all the way through this, i wanna hear your guys opinions ont he subject but have a good day guys and enjoy some Halo.
Disclaimer: When i mean lack of content i mean people talking about the actual game and not just using gameplay

That’s sad op. I don’t base my liking of something off youtube or other social media!! I hardly ever watch YouTube for gaming or pre made clips (way to many people thinking they are original still). I tend to only watch live streaming or Twitch. Pre made clips just don’t do it anymore.

Im not basing my liking, i was saying that there is no sense of community which automatically takes the involvement and fun out of the game

It’s pretty obvious halo is dead on youtube. The highest I’ve seen a video about halo 5 go up to recently is 30k.

There are so many of us out there trying to forge out our own little youtuber community man…this community doesn’t emphasise youtubers as a way to promote their game the way Call Of Duty did it…which is a shame because Youtube videos made Call Of Duty what it is today.
