Hello everyone!
This is a bit of a different Recruiting post. I’m looking for a Halo community located in San Antonio, Texas. Truth is, I’m a Microsoft Store employee. I recently got promoted to Gaming Expert, and what that means is that I need to coordinate all gaming events in my store. San Antonio, is a massive fighting game community. I’ve held Killer Instinct, Injustice 2, and soon to come Tekken 7. As far as shooters go, I’ve held general PC events for Overwatch and CS:GO.
This is a bit of a downer as Halo is something I hold really close to my heart, and my demographic doesn’t particularly overlap with shooters. Some do, and some don’t, but the general consensus is that the majority sticks to fighting games. San Antonio is one of the 10 largest cities in the U.S. The only thing that SATX cares about here are the Spurs, Six Flags, Riverwalk, and Cowboys (I do not speak for all of SA on this one.) Halo, is here somewhere, and I want to consistently hold Halo events in store.
That being said, if anyone who knows of or is a part of any Halo community in SATX, please let me know! The faster I can get into contact with the teams and communities here, the faster I can have Halo events.
