I have no idea where to go for support on this because the email has no support link. It seems that instead of a survey this month they said they sent a Thank You req pack and the email said I should have received it yesterday. I just logged into the game and I have not received any req pack. Is there anywhere I can get support for this issue?
Same issue here. Did not receive anything but the Daily Login pack.
I would just wait a bit - I got same email no pak - I’m sure it will show up.
