Halo community feedback program bug

I’m not receiving emails from the community feedback program. I know for a fact this isn’t just me not being selected for some of the surveys due to a variety of reasons (how much I can explain I’m not certain of since I know I’m not supposed to publicly disclose some things about the program). I’ve tried speaking to Bravo as well as messaging the Microsoft Studios User Research email address, since they run the program, but have not received responses from either.

If somebody can direct me to who I should speak to about this to correct it I would be highly appreciative of that.
