I personally believe that if a person can’t co-ordinate a clan and keep people in line the whole thing becomes a colossal mess.

Rules Rules Rules Rules can you post something that is not a moderators job or not because you are not a moderator are you I think I can answer that question NO NO NO you are not you need to stop acting like one when you are not you have reported 2 or 3 people when they were not braking rules hey HopOffMyPanda you can go to my forums on my CLAN website and recruit there as much as you want want to know why because unlike the people that think they are moderators here the people on my site are not trying to do moderators job so if you want to recruit at my OWN CLAN SITE I will send you a link in a PM ok
Well first you should recruit them as leaders. Then you give each leader a batch of players each to deal with. Example, if there are 15 players in the clan and there are 3 clan leaders, then each clancleader gets 5 players to deal with. That way you can keep up with 5 players of you own while the other two deal with their own batch of players. Then you can create ranks amoung those five players and compare them to the rest of the clan members wether or not they win alot of games amoung each other.
To tell you the truth i don’t think there are any problems with GI. So far the majority of the people in the clan are your friends and that is in my opinion a good thing to start off with some promoted people you know better than a random stranger who joins. As for the ranks (not to impose that i want to be a general) i think that the leaders of the branches should be able to make reasonable non-biased decisions on when to increase the rank of minors based on their skill attributes, loyalty to the clan and what they have brought fourth to GI. The best solution to prevent any further questioning of the clan’s structure would be to establish the ground rules and guidelines early and to write them down for reference. My final point is not to forget to have fun with it. I know you want to restore GI to its previous state but it takes more than just strict guidelines and skilled members. If nobody is getting enjoyment out of it then it is not going to be very successful.
