So yesterday I was playing halo 4 and went into war games matchmaking, found players,picked a map and started playing got 15 kills and no deaths. No perfection? I then thought maybe its tewnty next match I got 20 kills and no deaths. Still no perfection. It as infinity slayer after that I gave up and played grifball. Does anyone no what I did wrong or did halo just decide to hate me?
You only get rewarded perfections in slayer game variants. If you were playing anything else you don’t get one.

You won, it was in a Slayer match, and you went 20-0.
There are two possibilities:
1.) How do you know you didn’t get a Perfection? It’s not a medal. Check your commendations, that’s the only place. Don’t only check the 0/1 or 0/2 or 0/3, or whatever, check the tab you’re on (expert, qualified, whatever, which should be out of 5). [Check my next post, lol]
2.) There could’ve been a host switch, which usually nullifies Perfections.
I have had this problem also. Heres all I can think why you don’t get the medal. when the game ends and theres that 5 second period where no score counts, DON’T KILL YOUR SELF! It doesn’t register as a death but it takes away the perfection. Me and my friends tried this theroy in customs and we think its right.
There are no Perfection medals in this game. Perfections are now a commendation.
I just checked your commendations. You have gotten 2 Perfections in your entire Halo 4 career.
This is because you got one, then got to the Proficient tier and got one. (Hence the 1/2, and in the game it’ll say 2/5 in reference to your tier.)
I know literally when I got 20 kills I just ran for the rest of the match so I wouldn’t lose it no host switches no deaths at the end, anything it is on my file share CooneyMpwc

Read my post again.
It gave you one Perfection for the first commendation tier.
Then you moved to the second tier.
Then you got another Perfection.
Your two Perfections WERE counted.
Alright so at first me and my friends all thought it was a medal so thanks to everyone that pointed this out
