what’s going on with the halo Channel it will not let me load videos on original I’m trying to watch the nightfall series and it just says I’m sorry we can’t play this at this time and my Internet is great as anyone else had this problem
Hey OP, these issues should be resolved now according to 343. Can you try replaying it again and see if you have any luck?
Yup we had an issue with our services that was causing many videos to not play. The issue is now fixed and the services are reset - so everything should play properly. If anyone is still seeing a problem - please contact me with a direct message. Thanks!
