Halo Channel won't download

Hi, am having issues trying to download the Halo Channel to my Surface pro, i go to the Store and click instalo, then it pops up a message saying: your purchase couldn-t be completed, error code 0x80240438

I’m having the same issue. It would be nice if there was an actual support page to resolve the problem.
