I’m trying to start on the halo channel but when I enter my Microsoft account info it continuously gives me an error and to either go to xbox.com to resolve it or try another account. I use the same credentials on xbox.com and they work but there is not another prompt to fix any sort of issue or any sign of a way to manually do it.
That app is no longer supported, so it’s possible that’s why you’re having issues.
