So when the Halo Channel comes out does that mean halo waypoint will stop? What about are forum ranks?
Halo Waypoint will become The Halo Channel.
I’m not sure about the forums. There will most likely be some sort of update, but as of right now I have no idea what that means for forum ranks and the like.
Maybe there will finally be a Master of Dragons rank…

They haven’t said that, in fact they’ve stated the opposite. Halo Waypoint will continue to run, as is for Xbox 360 and on the website.

Yes. Kiki Wolfkill said in an interview that the Halo Channel is being created for Xbox One and Halo Waypoint will remain as-is for the previous generation.
The site itself could get a redesign or something, but don’t expect a full rebranding.
As long as the long buried and forgotten delicious articles and videos on lore aren’t deleted…I’ll be happy.

What would be the point of having geo different forums?
