I’m having many problems with the Halo Channel (App and Xbox One). Whenever I want to watch a video, the app starts something different, no matter what. It’s like it wants to play a certain playlist of videos (which there isn’t). Is there any know solution for this problem?

i have had this issue as well. also why does it insist on giving me subtitles for everything!!! i speak english the native language is set to english yet every time i do a second story it resets the friggin subtitles. its a hassle to constantly turn them off. is there any way to make the subtitles go away period?
