I’ve been trying to get Halo Channel working so I could watch all the videos and stuff that came with my Halo Games. However, when I try to come online to find support, even the Halo Channel Support thread appears missing in action.

Did you file a ticket or look it up in Halo: Support?
I looked through Halo Support, got nothing related to the Halo Channel. The option to submit a ticket only seems to relate to games, not the Halo Channel.
