Halo Channel Req Pack never unlocked

I have watched like 5 videos on the halo channel app on all three of the platforms (xbox, pc, and mobile) but have yet to get the req pack for watching 1 simple video… :frowning:

Same here. Still having the same issue and it’s March already.
