Halo Channel problems

Every time I try to watch an Episode of Nightfall it asks me to “Purchace the Master Chief Collection” Soooo, since I already own it, how do I get the app to recognize that?

Strange. I heard others have the same issue. Search the forum. Maybe did they solved it by now.

I had problem with some of the terminals. They didn’t play. Instead it just returned to the game from Halo Channel. At last I got it to work by force Halo Channel to stop and then go back to the last checkpoint in the game. Now when I open the terminal in MCC H2 it worked and the video finally played.

You can always try what I did. Maybe it can do something. Or maybe reinstall Halo Channel.

If you bought the physical copy of MCC, there should be a code in your box that you have to redeem first. Other wise, have a look at the troubleshooting steps from both the Forum Team and myself in this topic.

Thanks, I never saw a code in the box. I will look again.

same problem for me, i tried it on pc too, but my internet is poor and i cant seem to be able to pause it either
