I’m not being able to unlock the pack related to playing a video on the halo channel app.
I’m on Android and I’m actually using the app itself for that much it can do but even if I watched hours of video on it, none has unlocked even the emblem for this and can’t figure out why. Is this a known issue? If so, can I do something about it and make it work for me as well?

Side-note: I have the steelbook edition for Halo 5 and you can imagine I pretty much like to collect the stuff for games I like and not being able to unlock such a minor thing in-game is kind of frustrating and I saw that the Halo Channel req expires at the end of March.

Same issue here. I have watched several videos on the Xbox One app and iOS app. I received the Nightfall armor, but no Halo Channel pack with the emblem.

Thanks for reaching out about this.

Do each of you know approximately how long ago you first watched a video? My understanding is that these packs are granted in periodic batches; if you watched after the last batch, you’d get your pack in the next batch. If you’ve been watching for months, we’d need to investigate further.

In the meantime, you could also double check that you’re signed into the app with the same Microsoft Account that is tied to your gamertag. For James2785, this seems to be the case (you got Nightfall).
