The Halo Channel hasn’t been allowing my friend or I to watch the Halo Terminals videos or the Halo 2 Anniversary cutscenes for about a month now. It will say there was a problem with the video and to try again later, but it will not work. Other videos will play but not those two specifically. I do not know if other videos are also having this problem as well.

If you haven’t checked the Halo: Support forums, I suggest you head there now to see if what you’re experiencing reflects any of the active items they’re working on. If not, you should probably place a new ticket for it. The support site can be found here. I would also say that the Halo Channel has been having issues itself for quite some time now, as the support on it has significantly dropped. It could just be an aging issue for the app.
