So every time I go to watch an episode of the nightfall series, It starts to load it up then kicks me to a different video entirely. It is completely frustrating!! CAN WE PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE?! Anyone else having this issue?
Worked fine for me. Try adding the episode you want to see to your Queue and watching it from there?
I have the same issue and it is -Yoink!- me off to no extent. I don’t have the buy halo problem. I start the video and it skips to the next one for no good reason. Note that this happens only for nightfall not all the rest of the things on halo channel I don’t want to watch. I have bought a physical copy, have tried rebooting, uninstall and reinstall halo channel still nothing. I don’t have a capture card. Has anyone figured out some kind of solution for this???

I am having the same problem, i have had it since it came out, can’t watch any nightfall videos or terminals, each time i click on a video it starts to play and then skips to the halo bulletin. PLEASE 343 its almost been a month now! i have not seen anything to suggest they are fixing it!

Thanks! I disconnected my capture card, and now Nightfall is playing!
I do have a capture card in I will have to try that, just the way I have everything setup it’s a pain to disconnect it and reconnect everything. Thanks for the feedback.

the only thing i have plugged into my Xbone is my Turtle Beach headset. I removed it, and VOILA! HALO channel is still broken!
i also have this problem. all i have hooked up is the kinect. dont even know what a capture card is. i have tried the fixes that the support team posted but they dont work. this is getting rediculous

We have also determined that some HDMI splitters (3 in-1 out) used by players may cause the same issue that having a capture card attached created, in that Terminals and Nightfall will fail to play.
And for those wondering, yes this is being investigated and tracked. We are working to understand the issue. Any detailed information we get regarding this problem is greatly appreciated as we work to correct this.
I’ve had nightfall stop and boot me into the championship launch vid 13 times and I still haven’t finished the episode. This is really obnoxious and they should have fixed this by now…

If you haven’t entered the 5x5 (25 character) code found on a card inside the MCC case, you will be prompted with the Buy Halo message. You must enter the code to unlock Nightfall.
i dont have a capture card hooked up. i was able to watch the first episode. ever since the second one came out it just skips nightfall and goes to whatever is next.
Halo Channel has never played ANY terminals from ANY game since launch. I’ve uninstalled and quit and unplugged my xbox and nothing. Have to say with this and the CoD:AW issues I’ve had, my xbox one experience has been piss poor so far. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
