Halo channel is currently unavailable

Hi
i went on the halo channel app on Xbox one and it came up with the picture of the grunt doll and said it was unavailable … But on my iPhone app it works fine.
i was wondering if it was just me having the problem
(It always worked in the past)

No fix yet
it worked for a bit but now neither Xbox or the iPhone app work for me

So not only is it down for me too, but I can’t seem to back out of it and get back to my game!

How about 343 stop forcing us to use the horrible Halo Channel app!

I just want to watch Fall of Reach, but I have to rely on this “service” that is just slow and clunky on the Xbox one. And it apparently can’t handle the traffic either. Seriously, why not just provide a download codes with the LE and LCE? Why should I have to rely on a broken app to watch ANY of the Halo shows?

My Halo Channel is back up. But Fall of Reach won’t unlock until 10-27-15.

Halo Channel won’t work on my Xbox One (hasn’t for a few days) but it works on my PC. Connected to same network… In Calgary, Canada.

We’ve just released a server side update that contains what we believe to be a fix for this issue. Can you all please confirm that Halo Channel is now working for you?

I can use it now. But I can’t watch any videos. It always freezes at some point. Getting annoying now, because I would like to watch Fall Of Reach.

On my Xbox One. I had this same issues trying to watch Nightfall pre-H5 launch.

Hello I got halo channel on xbox and phone I have the nightfall add on so I could get the odst and I could watch the show but it dosent want to work I really need some help I just paid for it and I’d really like to watch it thanks
