I am unable to sign into the Halo Channel for unknown reasons. I require assistance please. It’s not my account, I’ve already checked, and it’s not my username or password.
Have to tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this resolves your sign-in issues? If you need some help with this let me know which device you are using and I’ll do my best to help!
Yes i have, several times and nothing works
This doesn’t seem to be solved and I have the same issue. iOS 14.6, Halo Channel fresh download, iPhone 11 Pro Max. Login returns “Issue with Xbox Live Account”
I’ve tried the standard methods of re-attempt, restart phone, and re-download App.
If anyone knows, please advise. I would be nice to use it.

It has issues and is now seemingly unsupported.
I can’t sign in either. I’ve reinstalled 4 times and tried on 2 different devices. It could be that it’s not updated to the current software update.
