I cant Access some of my playlists in the Halo Channel i press watch episodes but Nothing Happens,Not even a failure information,but that Happen just to some like: Nightfall Acquisition,Halo Nightfall,Nightfall Human Element and many,many more! But some are working like for example: Hunt the truth,i press watch episodes,im able to choose one of them and watch the Chosen one! I hope You will do something about it and get all of them working again soon!
I’ll assume you tried re-installing the app and you’re still having issues.
Try to Power Cycle your console
If that doesn’t work
Try using the app with a different profile
If that doesn’t work
Try launching the app through Master Chief collection
If that doesn’t work (or you don’t own the MCC)
Try launching the app on a Windows 8 PC (if you own one)
I’m having the exact same problem. Same on Windows app running on Win10 preview 10049.
My Xbox and Windows 10 is running in german language. When I change the language/location of my xbox to English/United States it suddenly works. When I then add Nightfall episodes to the queue an return the console back to german I can select and play the episodes from the queue. So it really is just the playlist button which doesn’t respond.

New problems started today! Chose to play a video… black screen, audio working but absolutely no video! Tried a different video same thing happened. Rebooted Halo Channel, same thing. Audio was working video is a black screen.

Is it all videos or specific videos? I need an idea of where to look so I can check out the issue!

That appears to be an OS related issue, not sure we can do anything about that… But will make a note of it, in case there is a deeper issue with our Windows 8.1 app.

Using translate, I get the above message, but unfortunately I am unable to assist with anything MCC related, as Halo Channel isn’t MCC. That said, please ensure that you are online, connected and signed in, and such. I would also consider doing a hard reset of your Xbox One, by disconnecting the power for 3-4 minutes to allow any cache to clear and then power back on, sign back in, and see if you can start getting exp.

The content you have selected can’t be played at this time. Please retry or select something else from the guide” so i retry the video. Same thing happens. Then i just try out nightfall episode 2, and the same thing again. Ive tried this for all nightfall episodes and it hasnt worked. It might be a streaming/server error but idk
